Terms: You must read and agree to our Studio Policies before continuing on to the sign-up page. Enter your Full name and e-mail address below to signify you agree with and accept this policy. You will receive your digitally signed copy at the e-mail address you enter. You understand that your name and e-mail will serve as your digital signature and serve as proof that you have read and agreed to these terms. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance. In some cases less than 24 hour notice will be accepted depending on the situation. Notice of cancellation given inside of 24 hours is unacceptable and will be considered a missed lesson. Missed lessons are charged the full amount for the time you booked. How to cancel/reschedule a lesson (accepted methods of notification): Notice of a cancellation may be done by one of two ways: 1. Submit a cancellation request through this website by logging into your account. This is the preferred method. 2. Phone call to Fredia, business manager for Ron Cross Vocal Studios. You must call and either speak to Fredia or leave a message at: (214)831-1268 Other methods of notification such as text messages or my space messages are unacceptable and not considered proper notification. Using such methods may result in being charged for the lesson. Unforeseen circumstances/emergencies: If a student, because of unforeseen and/or unavoidable circumstances must give less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation, the student must contact the instructor personally by phone as soon as possible. These instances will be weighed on a case by case basis. Legitimate reasons for last minute cancellations (as deemed by the instructor) may have any charges waved. A phone call directly to the instructor is the only acceptable method of notification for cancellations less than 24 hours from lesson time. Your Instructor: Ron Cross (214) 676-8856 Lessons canceled or rescheduled by the instructor: If for any reason Your instructor needs to cancel a scheduled lesson he/she will do so within in 24 hours or more of the lesson time. We will make every attempt to reschedule the lesson at a time convenient for the student (schedule permitting). If for any reason the instructor is forced to cancel a lesson in less than 24 hours the student will be offered a free voice lesson equal to the duration of the lesson that was canceled/rescheduled. Lesson Start Times: The student must be on time for his/her lesson. Start times are strictly enforced. Your lesson begins promptly at the scheduled time whether you have arrived or not. The student is still required to pay for the full length of time booked even if he/she is significantly late. Time missed because of a late start cannot be pro-rated, rescheduled or added to another lesson. Payments: All lesson times are reserved and paid for one month at a time in advance to insure availability of your dates and times. Payment for your first month is due no more than 72 hours after you register. Your lesson times are not added to the calendar until payment for the first month is received.. Payment for subsequent months must be received no less than 72 hours before the first scheduled lesson of the month. All lesson times not paid for in advance will be cancelled and the time made available to other students. Discontinuing Your Lessons If you choose one of the lesson packages and need to discontinue before you have taken all of your scheduled lessons, you may discontinue taking your lessons at any time during your package by following the guidelines outlined above in the cancellation Policy. Should you cancel before the end of a month, unattended lessons for that month can not be re-funded. Lessons for any subsequent months will be cancelled. Change Requests. You may switch from one package to another or to “Ala-Cart” status at any time. However all changes must take affect at the beginning of a month. Requests for changes must be given two (2) weeks in advance for scheduling and accounting purposes.  You understand that this is a legally binding document. By entering your name and e-mail at the bottom of this form you are digitally providing your signature stating that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.
